January 6 Visioning Forum - Survey Results
Original Invitation Dear UWF Faculty: It is with great pleasure that I invite you to the Academic Visioning Forum that is scheduled for this Friday, January 6, 2012, from 1-3pm in the Conference Center. We have reached an important juncture in the Academic Visioning process. I want to encourage you to attend as President Bense, Stacie Whinnery, Mike Huggins, and I present where we have been and next steps for Academic Visioning. First, we want to recognize the hard work of the Strategic Academic Visioning and Empowerment (SAVE) Committee. Second, we want to inform you of plans for moving Academic Visioning forward in a timely manner. This meeting will also provide you with a final opportunity to provide input regarding the vision and mission statements, goals, and strategic priorities as presented in the Academic Visioning Final Report prior to my approval of them for inclusion in our Academic Master Plan. I hope that you will remain for a few minutes after the conclusion of the meeting for light refreshments and conversation about Academic Visioning. Information about Academic Visioning and the Academic Visioning Final Report can be found at http://uwf.edu/academic/visioning/. I look forward to seeing you on Friday as we conclude Phase One of Academic Visioning and move into the next chapter. Best regards, David Marker |
