FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What if I did not receive an invitation?
You must have made the President's or Dean's Honor list for the Spring, Summer or Fall semesters of 2007. Also, you must
not have any privacy holds on your records.
Will my name be in the Convocation?
If you made the President's or Dean's honor roll (Spring, Summer or Fall 2007) your name will appear in the Convocation
Program, you have a privacy hold on your records. If you have a privacy hold on any information with Records and Registration, the privacy hold MUST be cancelled prior to TBD, 2008 in order for your name to appear in
the program. To make arrangements to lift the hold, call (850) 474-2245.
Who can attend?
The event is open to the public.
What about seating?
Seating is on a first come basis.
Will classes be canceled?
Classes will be canceled from 11:00 a.m. to 12 noon to allow students to attend the ceremonies.
Are there Handicap services?
Handicapped seating will be available. A sign-language interpreter will be on hand to translate.
President's Honor Roll?
All undergraduate students who earn a semester GPA of 3.90 or higher on a minimum of six semester hours of graded ("A-F")
course work at UWF are recognized on the President's honor roll for the Spring, Summer or Fall semesters of 2007.
Dean's Honor Roll?
All undergraduate students who earn a semester GPA of 3.50 - 3.89 on a minimum of six semester hours of graded ("A-F")
course work at UWF in any semester are recognized on the Dean's honor roll for the Spring, Summer or Fall semesters of 2007.

What about those on the President and Dean's Honor Roll?
Those making the President's and Dean's Honors will be listed in the program and recognized, as a group, at Convocation.
