This page provides information about group fitness activities at the HLS Facility Fitness Center, including the Group Fitness class schedule and events.



Registration through IMLeagues is Required for Group Fitness Classes

Registration for a group fitness class is required. Download the IMLeagues app or go to uwf.edu/imleagues to create your account and sign-up for classes. See our directions for creating an IMLeagues account using the app.

IM Leagues Online Instructions for Group Fitness
  1. Visit uwf.edu/imleagues and sign in with your UWF Argo ID and password.
  2. Click on the orange IMLeagues banner to be redirected to the IMLeagues website.
  3. Once you enter your information and submit the form that comes up, you will be redirected to your IMleagues page.
  4. On the IMLeagues page in the top left-hand corner, click on Fitness to view a list of group fitness offerings, then sign up for your favorite group fitness classes!


Fall 2019 Group Fitness Class Schedule

The Fall 2019 semester schedule is effective from Aug. 26-Dec.6.
No classes will be held on the following days: 

  • Monday, Sept. 2
  • Monday, Nov. 11
  • Thursday-Friday, Nov. 28-29

Recreation reserves the right to alter or change class hours or class schedule at any time. In order to run classes, we require a minimum of two (2) participants dressed on time. Please arrive at all classes ten (10) minutes prior to start time. Late-comers will be redirected to informal fitness rather than disrupt a class in session.
