Instructions for Completing Assessment
1. Select your department from the dropdown menu
2. Locate your program and download the assessment form
(Assessment form is an Excel spreadsheet)
3. Distribute form to other faculty in your department
4. Collect assessment data from other faculty and aggregate data to one form
5. Discuss assessment findings with other program faculty
6. Determine an actionable Use of Results to Improve Student Learning
(see Instructions tab of assessment form)
7. Save form and Upload using the button below 'Completed Assessment Form'
   -  Window with email addressed to assessment@uwf.edu
   -  Attach your assessment report
   -  Attach other supporting documents (e.g., additional narrative, rubrics, redacted student work)
