Professional and Leadership Development Workshops 2012-2013

This program consists of four workshops per year that will focus on a variety of professional development and leadership development topics. Workshop topics are identified from past practice and the assessment of university-wide faculty needs and priorities of ADVANCE Scholars. CUTLA has agreed to sponsor two workshops per year.

Making the Most of Faculty Mentoring
Friday, April 5, 2013, 9:00 a.m. - 10:15 a.m.
University Commons, Room 272
Dr. Rosemary Hays-Thomas (Psychology) and Dr. Pamela Vaughan (Chemistry) will concentrate on the mentoring relationship from the perspective of the mentee (or protege), emphasizing the mentoring process in academia.
