Although the Next Exit History Project's primary focus is on the delivery of history content to mobile devices, contents of the Next Exit History Object Reposity are accessible through broad variety of methods, including traditional web access.

Furthermore, since many mobile devices do not have live access to the internet, the Next Exit History Project provides a means for packaging content and downloading it to a common desktop computer. The content can then be transferred to mobile devices in a form that will enable it to be used by the Next Exit History Applications installed on the mobile devices, or simply played back by the user as they choose.
