Abstract submission is now closed.
Notifications will be sent by Wednesday, April 23, 2014.
Oral Presentations will be 20 minutes including question time.
The presentation room will be equipped with one of each of the following items:
Please email your PowerPoint presentation to Christopher Pomory (firstname.lastname@example.org) before arriving at the conference. Use your name as the file name for the PowerPoint presentation. Be sure to bring your presentation on a flash drive compatible with PC equipment only (not Mac).

Poster size should be 3 feet by 4 feet (90 cm x 120 cm). It will be attached to the conference room walls with adhesive putty. NO OTHER ATTACHMENT METHOD IS ACCEPTABLE. We will provide the adhesive putty for you to pick up at the registration table.
If you have a self-standing poster on a tri-fold board and prefer a table, please let us know so we can arrange for you to have a table. Contact Patti Spaniola at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be notified as to the your set up and session time before the conference begins. Adhesive putty will be available at the conference, but feel free to bring your own if you have a specific type you prefer to use.
