The Leadership Gauntlet aims to develop student leaders who will make a mark and leave a legacy that will forever impact the University of West Florida. Participants will learn to lead by example, inspire others, be agents of change, support fellow leaders and peers, and appreciate the diversity of people and ideas. Through large and small group activities students develop the skills and awareness necessary for the foundation of great leadership.

The Leadership Gauntlet is dedicated to creating a league of extraordinary leaders for today’s society and future generations. The Leadership Gauntlet focuses on student leadership in the context of establishing a vision to inspire and enable peers to make a difference in the surrounding communities.
