Resource Rangers is a curriculum-based program that includes classroom and field activities focusing on environmental education for grades 4-7. The goal of the program is to encourage responsible environmental attitudes and actions in today's youth who will become tomorrow's decision makers. This camp will have several activities outside, so closed-toe shoes and a water bottle each day are required.

Students will be able to define what a natural resource is and provide examples, as well as define the importance of many resources and the necessity and means of protecting them.
We will have a showcase event on Friday, August 2nd, at 2:00 pm. The event will include a great race and resource scavenger hunt incorporating previous lessons with geocaching tools. Parents will be encouraged to attend.
