Environmental Investigators is an exciting hands-on overview of environmental science and the different subjects the correlate with it. This is a field-based camp, with at least half of the time spent collecting data from local waterways, forests and near-shore environments along Pensacola's beautiful Gulf Coast. Data analysis will be performed in various state-of-the-art UWF campus labs. Please remember to wear closed-toe shoes and to bring a water bottle and sunscreen each day.

Upon completion of Environmental Investigators, campers will expect to have a broad overview of what environmental science encompasses and gain experience collecting data in the field and analyzing data in a lab.
Students will display their data visually using GIS and will present their maps on Friday afternoon.
