Registration Cancellation Policy: You may cancel by April 7, 2013 and receive a full refund less a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations after April 7, 2013 will receive a 50% refund. Anyone who is registered, but can not attend may send a substitute. Please contact us at email@example.com to cancel or substitute an attendee.
The guest room rate at the Sandestin Hotel is $139 per night.
Please use the Group Code: 22U3UE when making your reservation to ensure you receive the negotiated room rate. Rooms in the negotiated rate include the Grand Sandestin (Grand, Lasata, Bahia and Elation buildings).
If you are interested in arriving as early as April 19th, there are rooms at the negotiated rate at Le Ciel (formerly Bayside). You can then move to the Grand Sandestin on April 21st.
If you would prefer to arrive early and have a room in the Grand Sandestin, there are 1 bedroom condos available at the rate of $189.00
Anyone arriving on April 20th should be able to book a room in the Village at the conference rate of $139.00.
There is free shuttle service on the property should you decide to move rooms or stay at Le Ciel throughout the conference.
