1) Log into MyUWF
2) Search & Select the "Application Status" app
3) Select the Application/Term from the "Details" button
4) You are now looking at your UWF Application status.

1. $30 Application Fee Payment

  • 1) Online & Credit Card Payments: Log back-into your Freshmen or Transfer application to complete credit card and/or online payment.
  • 2) Mail Check/Money Order to:
    • UWF Cashier, 11000 University Pkwy, Pensacola, FL 32514
    • *Dont' forget to print your UWF ID# on your Check/Money Order
  • 3) Pay in Person (Cash or Check ONLY): Bldg. 20 - Cashier's Office

2. Application Fee Waiver

Acceptable waivers: NACAC waiver, ACT waiver, SAT waiver or free/reduced lunch qualifier (letter/email from high school guidance counselor). Send waivers to UWF via email, fax, regular mail or stop by to drop off.

Contact your high school guidance (or records) office and request them to send your high school transcript to us directly. They can fax us at 850-474-3360, email us at admissions@uwf.edu or mail to:

Contact the Records/Registrar's Office from ALL previously attended colleges/universities to request transcript(s) be sent to UWF Undergraduate Admissions. UWF Admissions can recieve official transcripts via electronically (Florida public institutions), secure email retrieval (admissions@uwf.edu), or by regular mail to:

Contact ACT.org and/or Collegeboard.com (SAT) and request them to send UWF all of your scores.



Please note:
In accordance with the requirements of Florida law (Section 119.071, Florida Statutes), the University of West Florida collects social security numbers only if specifically authorized or required by law or if imperative for the performance of the University’s duties and responsibilities.  As indicated in this form, the University prefers that you use your Student ID number in lieu of the SSN.  However, if you do not know your Student ID, the SSN must be used for matching purposes.  In such event the use of the SSN is a business imperative and is authorized for collection under Section 119.071(5)(a)(2)(a)(II), F.S.  Please visit http://uwf.edu/uwfid/internal/policies.cfm for UWF’s policy on the use of social security numbers.
